Summary: The project aimed at reinforcing co-operation between border guards, border police, security, police customs officials and immigration officials and improving the implementation of international and European standards with regard to screening, identifying and protecting the victims of trafficking and smuggling between Ireland, the UK, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Moldova and Lithuania.
