IOM colleagues at Sziget Festival
Budapest – IOM Budapest Colleagues were present at the Sziget Festival's NGO Island in order to promoted the Be aware! campaign. Colleagues greeted visitors with questionnaires, statistics, trends and conversations about trafficking in human beings. Many foreign visitors were stunned, that their country is a destination country for many Hungarians affected by trafficking. While Hungarian visitors of the festival were suprised by the scale of the phenomenon and stated, that it would be important to hear more about the topic on several different channels for communication. Thank you for the valuable conversations!
