PRM, key donor for Ukraine Response efforts, to visit IOM Hungary
IOM Hungary recently had the honor of hosting a delegation from our key donor for Ukraine Response efforts, the U.S. Department of State: Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM).
Since the onset of the full-scale war in Ukraine, IOM has been at the forefront of providing assistance to refugees arriving to Hungary. With generous support from PRM, IOM Hungary has implemented a range of programmes, including humanitarian assistance, social-inclusion initiatives and professional events, that have made a significant difference in the lives of more than 18,000 individuals.
The visit was an opportunity for the PRM delegation to see the real-world impact of their contributions. They visited our active projects and engaged with our dedicated partners from local governments and civil society organizations.
We are immensely grateful to PRM and all our partners for their unwavering dedication and support, and look forward to continuing our work together to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
